1. What Moaddi is

Moaddi is a platform that connects customers with independent sellers who run smart vending machines. We provide the app, the website and the technology that sells, takes payment and opens the machines.

2. Who sells to you

Every machine belongs to a seller, whose name the app shows before you pay. The seller is the seller of the goods and the merchant your payment is made to: they are responsible for the goods, their prices, quality and expiry dates, and for refunds under our Return Policy. Moaddi is not the seller of the goods.

3. Using the app

• There is no account to create: your phone is your account. Keep it safe; you can lock the app with Face ID, a fingerprint or your passcode.
• If you delete the app or change phones, the orders made on the old phone may no longer be reachable from the new one.
• Use the app only at the machine you are buying from, and follow what it asks you to do.

4. Prices and tax

Prices are set by the seller in the currency of the machine’s country and are shown with any applicable tax included. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

5. Payment

• You pay by card through our payment provider. Your card details are entered in the provider’s own form and never reach us.
• The sale happens when your payment succeeds. Nothing is held for you before then: if somebody else pays for the same box first, you are not charged for it, and any amount already taken for it goes back to your card automatically.

6. Opening and collecting

• After paying, open your box from the app, standing at the machine, with Bluetooth on.
• A box can be opened again for a short time after the first opening, in case its door did not catch. A machine that drops goods drops one piece each time you tap.
• Take everything you paid for. If a box does not open or an item does not drop, report it in the app (see the Return Policy).

7. Acceptable use

Do not tamper with or damage a machine, try to take goods without paying, use the app or the platform by automated means, interfere with its security, or copy or reverse-engineer it. We may block a device or an account that does.

8. Business users

Sellers, their staff (including restockers) and the people who run the places machines stand in also work under the agreements they have with Moaddi. Keep your sign-in details confidential: you are responsible for what is done with your account, and what you do on machines is recorded.

9. Availability

We work to keep the platform running, but a machine may be off, out of stock, out of reach or being restocked, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. The platform is provided as it is.

10. Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Moaddi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer protection laws give you and that cannot be waived.

11. Our name and content

The Moaddi name, logo, app and website belong to Moaddi Solutions. Product names and images belong to their owners.

12. Governing law

Purchases made in the United States are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the purchase was made, and disputes about them are settled by the competent courts of that state. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that federal or state consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date, and using the app after that means you accept it.
