Return Policy

1. When you get your money back

• A box you paid for did not open, or an item you paid for did not drop.
• The box held the wrong item, or an item that was damaged or past its expiry date.
• You were charged for a box somebody else bought a moment before you: that amount goes back to your card automatically, with nothing for you to do.

2. How to ask

• In the app, open the order and tap “Report a problem”, within 14 days of the purchase.
• Say what happened in your own words. If you like, leave a mobile number or email so the seller can reach you; only the seller sees them, and only while your report is open.

3. What happens next

• The seller looks at your report and either refunds the box or answers you with the reason.
• A refund goes back to the same card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

4. If the seller has not answered within 24 hours

Write to us at info@moaddi.net with your order number (shown at the top of the order in the app, for example “Order DK4HJTBW2J”). We will follow it up with the seller.

5. What cannot be returned

Machines sell food, drinks and everyday consumables. Once a box has opened and you have received what was in it in good condition, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not limit the rights consumer protection laws give you.

6. Your rights in the United States

This page is our posted refund policy. If you paid with a credit card, federal law also lets you dispute with your card issuer a charge for goods you did not receive. The consumer protection laws of your state apply as well, and nothing in this policy takes away a right they give you.
